Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineer with expertise in the installation, operation, and design of surveillance camera systems and audio-visual solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of network systems, electrical, and electronic principles, coupled with strong sales capabilities to effectively promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customized surveillance and audio-visual systems tailored to client specifications.
• Conduct site assessments to determine the best installation practices and equipment needs.
• Install, configure, and maintain surveillance cameras and audio-visual equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with clients to provide training and support on system usage and features.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including system designs, installation guides, and user manuals.
• Proficiency in sales activities, presenting technical solutions and benefits to potential clients and daily report.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance service offerings.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of surveillance systems and audio-visual equipment.
• Certifications in electrical and electronic systems.
• Proficient in system design, installation methodologies, and project management.
• Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in IP networking, firewall configurations, and network security principles.
• Good Knowledge of various surveillance technologies (e.g., IP cameras, NVRs, and related software).
• Familiarity with audio-visual components and solution such as projectors, sound systems, and control systems.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Visio, Revit) for system layouts.

Language Proficiency:

• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is essential for client interactions and documentation.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for site installations and client meetings as required.
• The candidate must be a resident in Aden.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تركيب وصيانة أنظمة المراقبة والمعدات الصوتية والمرئية.

• إتقان تصميم النظام ومنهجيات التثبيت وإدارة المشاريع.
• مهارات قوية في المبيعات وخدمة العملاء، مع القدرة على توصيل المعلومات التقنية بشكل فعال.

المهارات الفنية:

• الخبرة في الشبكات عبر بروتوكول الإنترنت وتكوينات جدار الحماية ومبادئ أمان الشبكة.
• المعرفة الجيدة بتقنيات المراقبة المختلفة (على سبيل المثال، كاميرات IP وأجهزة تسجيل الفيديو عبر الشبكة والبرامج ذات الصلة).
